October 2009: One month's work in Puebla (about 80 miles from Mexico City) leading arts projects for a charity called Juconi which works to improve the lot of street children and other underpriviledged children and their families. My trip was co-ordinated by UK charity, The Charlotte Miller Art Project (CMAP). Read all about it in the local press!
Click here to see a gallery of the kids' work. There are more pictures and a blow-my-blow account of my time with Juconi at http://kate-says-hola.blogspot.com.

I am now working on a series for materials for schools for Juconi. There's a vast range of subjects that can be looked at through Juconi including PSHE (personal, social and health education), ICT, Modern Foreign Langauges (Spanish), and of course, art. Juconi and I will be working on some exchange projects that will bring together the work of kids in Puebla with those in the UK. Please contact me for more information.
