Kate is my designer of choice. She works on projects for the majority of my clients. I have been commissioning design work for twenty years, on behalf of wide variety of clients, and Kate consistently delivers high quality work, on time and within budget. I particularly appreciate Kate’s ability to stay contemporary and her record of staying in touch with new innovations.

Her work has impact and is retained well by a wide variety of audiences. She is very good at understanding and challenging the design brief, teasing out from me and my clients critical additional information about what we are seeking to achieve. On occasions, her ability to explain and offer insight into design purpose has been extremely helpful. She has a tendency to retreat into the design, yet her input when she does act at a more strategic and directional level, has proved very valuable.

Kate has been involved as a professional artist with Isambard School for the last 2 academic years. Firstly, she was successfully awarded the contract by Artpoint to deliver a participatory project with 10/11 year olds transferring to Isambard Community School. The aim of the project was to work with students to design a logo. This involved collaboration with staff, students and other artists over a period of several months.

Secondly, she has worked weekly in Isambard School as one of a team of eighty artists delivering the Flux Programme with Artsmad. This has involved running out of school hours arts activities for young people and particularly supporting youngsters who have been identified as talented artists. Artsmad has appointed Kate to lead on 2 exhibitions of students work. The Artsmad Director is happy to vouch for Kate's excellent work with young people.
